Chelsea Martell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in EMDR and a background working with individuals navigating complex trauma, life transitions, and high-functioning stress. Her approach is direct, warm, and deeply individualized — shaped around who you are, not a treatment protocol designed for the masses.

Do you accept insurance?
Martell Signature Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Superbills may be available upon request, which some clients use to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider — please inquire for details.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions take place in your home or another mutually agreed-upon private setting within Palm Beach County. The location is discussed during your initial consultation to ensure it's appropriate and comfortable.

What is the Signature Intensive?
The Signature Intensive is a private, three-hour therapeutic experience for clients who need extended time for deeper work — such as trauma processing, EMDR, or focused work around a specific issue. A brief consultation is required prior to scheduling.
How does scheduling work?
Scheduling is discussed during your consultation and tailored to your needs. Signature Private Care clients receive priority scheduling and a reserved recurring appointment time each month.
Is this service available for urgent or crisis situations?
Martell Signature Therapy is designed for ongoing therapeutic work and is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Service Policies
Confidentiality
All efforts are made to maintain confidentiality in accordance with professional and legal standards. Please note that privacy cannot be fully guaranteed in non-clinical environments. The client is responsible for ensuring an appropriate private space for each session.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full. Payment is due 24–48 hours prior to each session.
Safety & Professional Boundaries
- The therapist reserves the right to terminate or leave any session if safety concerns arise
- No illegal activity, substance impairment, or unsafe conditions may be present
- Professional boundaries remain in place at all times
Location & Travel
Services are currently limited to Palm Beach County. Travel time may be factored into session fees for locations outside a standard service radius. Delays due to traffic or access issues may impact session length.

Concierge therapy is not crisis care. In the event of a mental health emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. This service is designed for ongoing therapeutic work, not acute crisis intervention.
